Scrambled Wrap

Egg-cellent Breakfast!

These scrumptious scrambled egg wraps are not only nutritious and delicious they are super quick and easy to make and you can even eat them on the go.

When thinking about getting the best fuel in the morning, Whilst weighing up all of the other things you have to do, breakfast can get pushed further and further away until your out the door with a triple shot coffee and a cold slice of East nights pizza -No, Just me? OK well, you know that I mean.

Un-scramble your morning with a quick and easy Scrambled egg wrap. It will give you the energy you need without spreading your time too thin.

Here’s how to make it.

Start but cracking 3 eggs in a jug and throw in a drizzle of milk, ( cream if your feeling naughty)

Add salt, pepper and any herbs you happen to have to lie around, oregano, Parsey or thyme work really well dry or fresh!

Whisk all together until blended.

Great some mature cheddar ( or buy ready grated like me ) you’ll need about 2/ 4Tbsp for 2 wraps depending on how cheesy you like it.

Drop a knob of butter in a pan and let it melt – but not brown.

Add the eggs to the pan stirring every 10-15 seconds until cooked through.

Throw in most of the cheese – leave a little to sprinkle before wrapping –

Stir until melted in.

Heat a wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften or 3 minutes in the oven. ( you can skip this bit if you are really in a rush)

Spread the mix onto the wrap and sprinkle any left over cheese on top

Fold up both ends so your filling doesn’t drop out roll up your wrap tightly and away you go.
